Such a helpful and honest team of mechanics! They diagnosed my car's issues, fixed the ones that were needed and took the time to suggest taking it over to a dealership for repair of a known faulty engine part. If the dealership wouldn't honor a speedy and free repair- they said to bring it back and they would complete the repair at a discounted price. The dealership did indeed honor the recall and repaired my vehicle free of additional charges. That is a rare thing for them to suggest I get a free repair instead of charging me to do the repair in house. I will always recommend them for any service needs - honest and dependable!

Excellent and Trustworthy group of Mechanics to work with!

I always trust the guys at Medlock Gulf with my car repairs! They never push unnecessary work and Paul has even told me a time or two that "you don't need that." However IF a finding is dangerous or could leave me stranded, they WILL emphasize this. At my recent checkup I was told the axles on my ancient-but-still-running-great 27yo Honda CRV were pretty much at the end of their life & could break at any time (something like that) I was grateful because I was planning on doing alotta far away highway driving in the coming week and it would have been awful if I was stranded on the highway (or ANYWHERE) so I was able to get that fixrd just in time thanks to them...The guys in the back are obviously excellent mechanics etc though I've never met them but know the front desk area crew well- Paul, Chris, Josh & Eddie-They really take care of their customers!
