Paul gave me an honest assessment after testing my hybrid's system, that the main battery has reached the end of its useful life. The cost was only for the diagnostic testing. Sometimes, the best course is to junk one car and start investing in the next car.

I have had a new car for the last seven years and haven’t needed a service shop. On a whim, I bought an 18 year old pick up truck. The truck needed some work and because Medlock Gulf had such good reviews, it seemed like a good choice. Not only did the people at the station have great communication, but they took the time to explain everything to me and even invited me over to take a look at everything. How nice was that?! But here’s the icing on the cake: When I left the shop I headed over to Big Kroger. When I got back in the truck to go home, I noticed that the truck was idling very high and shaking and I knew something was wrong. I called the shop and they sent someone within 15 minutes. The nice guy that arrived, Chris came prepared to help. He opened the drivers side door, took one look inside and pulled the floor mat off of the gas pedal. I was so embarrassed, but Chris could not have been more gracious and kind. This shop has my business for life!
