The staff are prompt, professional, and friendly. When I called to ask about testing my battery, I received all the info I needed, and when I showed up and had the battery tested, the staff were quick and courteous, and then when the part came in, they called me to let me know I could come in for the job. It's great when people do what they say they are going to and there are no surprises. Thank you!

Timely and on time.

Because I'm an idiot I smashed my front drivers side into a curb, utterly demolishing it. The Medlock Gulf was the only place open on Saturday night we could have the car towed to. I was nervous bringing it to the only place that was open. Much to my pleasant surprise, they aggressively tried to save me money on salvage parts where they could (without me asking) and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Ultimately the price for everything was very reasonable and the entire staff was pleasant and helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
