I took my 15yo Infiniti to Medlock Gulf when my service engine light came on. They diagnosed the problem and then discussed options with me. It was such a pleasure to have the mechanic and the office personnel explain everything and give me choices to either fix the major issue or handle it all and not have to make another trip. Nothing was forced on me. Medlock Gulf has now become my mechanic for all services. They even dropped me off and picked me up from home because the repair was going to take a while.

We took a Hybrid for a pre-purchase inspection. Service was good. $122 with tax, I think. They answered all our questions and took us back to show us areas of concern in person.
