This was my first experience with Medlock Gulf and a very good one. They are flexible. I always change my oil and filter. However, injury prevented me from doing this. I asked if it was OK if I purchased the oil and filter (I am very picky about this). They were fine with this, and charged only $12.00 to change it! They are also fine about sharing their knowledge. I was concerned about why the tire pressure light was on, despite my effort to get the pressure right. To make a long story short, their explanation resulted in a much better understanding how it works. And oh yes, the light is no longer on. They will also willing pick you up as well as take you home though I don't know if a there is a mile limit. I also found the mechanics professional and friendly. I intend to make this my 'go to' when I need maintenance done on my truck.
