Can't say enough wonderful things about this team. Such good service and they really CARE about their customers. I'm on a budget and have to pick and choose some maintenance and repairs. I'm always honest about that going in and they help me figure out what to do first and how to approach the next repair. It's nice to hear your mechanic say "Well...let's get you safe and we'll work on the rest later."

Medlock Gulf found a replacement tire for the one I shredded driving from the Decatur Y to the service station. They installed it, after having evaluated the wheel rim to see if it might cause problems, and had me on my way in about an hour!
