I've been taking my car to Paul since I purchased it three years ago. I can always count on Paul and the Medlock team to be honest, more than fair, highly accomodating and extremely courteous. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This was my first visit to Medlock Gulf. I needed a basic oil change and this shop was recommended. There is a comfortable waiting room and as I waited for my car I observed the employees with various customers. They were kind and courteous. It seems that there are many loyal customers--there was a steady flow of people in and out of the shop. In addition to my oil change they recommended a tire alignment. I trusted that this was needed. It's great to find a customer-focused station in the neighborhood. I plan to return the next time my car needs servicing. Note: It's helpful to make an appointment in advance.
