Very efficient. Loved that the techician actually pulled me out to show me how bad my brake pads were - very transparent. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the waiting room WiFi was excellent.

The mechanics at Medlock are competent, courteous, and straightforward. I appreciate the fact that they are mindful of my budget and that they distinguish high priority repairs from optional or can-wait ones. I drive away from here with confidence that my car has been well repaired/maintained.

These guys know what they're doing, they're really nice, and they're super efficient. I moved to Atlanta not too long ago and had a hard time finding a good, reasonably priced repair shop until I called Medlock Gulf.
