The customer service and quality of the work is always excellent, whether I have come to get a simple nail out of my tire to having the timing belt replaced in my car. I always appreciate when they take the time to explain to me any issues my car may be having and what my options are.

Many thanks to Medlock Gulf! They replaced the catalytic convertor on my 2007 Prius. The diagnostics were quick and informative. The actual servicing was also very efficient. Along with great service, their accommodations were very nice while waiting. Free WiFi and a clean bathroom. I unreservedly recommend Medlock Gulf for anyone with a Prius.
