Medlock has always done a great job for me. They explain everything clearly and do excellent work.

I know nothing about cars, but mine seems to be running amazing now; these guys wasted no time; they have a shuttle service (what?! awesome!); AND my car smelled like just the right amount of vanilla when I got back into it (again - what?!?! unnecessarily amazing!). Figuring out what to do when you first pull in to the shop is like a game of tetris, but a little challenge is good for the brain. Already, I totally trust this hard-working crew. I haven't felt this comfortable leaving my car somewhere before, and it's such a good feeling. Thanks again!

Absolutely terrific service! Even though I was only there for an oil change they took the time to teach me how to put windshield wipers on my car. They are always so thoughtful and kind!

They got me in right away and got the AC vent replaced same day and for a reasonable price.

The "check engine" light appeared on my dashboard. I had no idea what it could mean. I brought my car to Medlock Gulf and they used their diagnostic equipment to determine what the problem was. Then they fixed the car. I am very happy with the service I received there and would recommend them to anyone.
