Very friendly and knowledgable folks. Went here to get a second opinion after having a bad experience with a nearby chain auto repair shop. The people at Medlock Gulf took the time to explain the problem my car was having instead of just trying to sell me wiper blades like the other guys. Highly recommend Medlock Gulf.

Friendly, excellent service! They even dropped me back at my house and picked me up when the car was done. I have always used them for emission tests but will now use them for all my work. My car has never run better.

It's never a good time for auto repairs..and the kindness of Medlock Gulf...one day with a tire losing air made me think and return today go to Medlock Gulf for an engine light problem. Reviews as well for repairs are exemplary.They have kindly assisted me today to diagnose the problem on my 2003 Honda that I cannot surrender.They were kind and expedient,kept me informed and gave me a conservative and very sensible approach .I was treated with respect when information was given. Their customer service sense goes a very long way.A+ for this place.!

I'm a loyal customer! Medlock Gulf is the only repair shop I can imagine that would spend time with my car, tell me I don't need to worry, and send me on my way without charging me anything. Bring it back if something gets worse. My long experience before I found Medlock is most shops would have found *something* they needed to pretend to fix. Thanks again, Medlock!
