Everyone that I interacted with was exceptionally helpful. I spoke with salespeople on the phone and in person. They answered my questions about cost and time necessary for repairs. I was able to sit at a nearby Starbucks and get work completed while my car was repaired.

I moved to ATL in 2011, and my car got banged up on the drive down here. From the very first time I met the staff at Medlock Gulf, they've been kind, professional, honest and forthright mechanics. Anytime I've had something going on with my vehicle, they're always available to take a look at, give me a reasonable estimate upfront and get it back to me real fast. They've also driven me back to campus after I dropped my car off at the shop. The kind of service you might expect from a dealership, but without having to drive up to Chamblee. I recommend this place to all my friends, and you should def check it out.

I don't always remember to leave a review, but I cannot say enough good things about Paul and his team. They have saved me more times than I can count. My 2013 Subaru, 1999 Suburban and I have been customers since Paul was over by Emory. They are honest, hard-working, courteous and quick, and I value their expertise. Thanks guys - you're the best! From the time I called Medlock Gulf to see what was going on with my car to the resolurion of my problem, they explained everything in detail and were very friendly. Throughout the day when my car was in the shop they called to provide an update and tell me exactly what was going on. They fixed the problem very quickly and my car was ready within a day.

Great service and super convenient location! As a woman, I am normally pretty uncomfortable at car repair places. Either they are patronizing me when I ask questions, hitting on me, or just being rude. Not at this place. They are friendly and competent. They do a really good job. Also, the location is perfect. I drop off my car and hang out in Starbucks and do work or visit the shops. But they will give me a ride home if I need it, too!
