As always, the staff were friendly and efficient. Since I left the car and took a walk while they were working on it, they called when the brakes needed work for my okay. Within an hour and a half everything was done and off I went. Highly recommend Medlock Gulf for Prius service.

Medlock Gulf is the one place you can always count on for the very best service on your car- friendly, fast (but thorough), and highly professional. They examine your car, even if you think it "just needs an oil change," and show you any parts in advance that are or could be a problem so you have an option as to either proceed or delay at the time. I am far more comfortable and confident in their care of my car than my Honda dealer's service dept. I enjoy the peace of mind in knowing that they are a neighborhood business I can trust.
