From the time I called Medlock Gulf to see what was going on with my car to the resolurion of my problem, they explained everything in detail and were very friendly. Throughout the day when my car was in the shop they called to provide an update and tell me exactly what was going on. They fixed the problem very quickly and my car was ready within a day.

Great service and super convenient location! As a woman, I am normally pretty uncomfortable at car repair places. Either they are patronizing me when I ask questions, hitting on me, or just being rude. Not at this place. They are friendly and competent. They do a really good job. Also, the location is perfect. I drop off my car and hang out in Starbucks and do work or visit the shops. But they will give me a ride home if I need it, too!

They took excellent care of my car, bringing me back in to the shop to physically show me what was wrong (and what another mechanic missed 2 weeks earlier). They even offered to drive me to work so I didn't have to wait! I will now be a long term customer.
