Always great service. Scheduled me right away for a service appointment the very next day. I have been trusting them with my car for years. I very much appreciate how they explain to me the cause of any issues the car is having and detailing for me what needs to be done right away and if possible, what work can be delayed if I so choose.

Truly exceptional place. Customer service - fantastic! It's hard to find a shop that you feel is trustworthy. They are either a bit sketchy and your not sure if the repair is up to the standard it should be or they are corporate and pushing a hard sell on you to buy/pay for something you don't need. Not these guys - real sense of trust. They will be receiving all of my business moving forward.

I absolutely LOVE Medlock Gulf! They are nice and attentive and take very good care of my car. Paul and the guys are awesome! They seem to take care of every customer as though they were family. I try to use Medlock Gulf for all my repairs and I tell everyone I know to use them! You should too! I also try to buy all my gas there now too just because I want to support them as a wonderful neighborhood establishment!

Service, repairs, maintenance, and advice all at an outstanding level. Very pleased to find that they were familiar with my vehicle, a 2003 GMC Yukon, and could take care of all aspects of service. I plan to have them perform all the work on the vehicle on the future.
