I had to visit them TWICE in the past couple weeks due to some bad luck with my 1999 Honda CRV- A rodent chewed a fuel hose under my hood and then the next week I ran over a 6inch, flat piece of metal that flipped up and slashed into my muffler, destroying it. Both times, Paul (who I believe is the Service Manager) got me taken care of to my satisfaction and was always helpful explaining things to me. Their excellent mechanic even spotted where some thief had tried to saw into my catalytic converter to steal it (but must've been interrupted because it wasn't sawed all the way thru etc.) and so they welded it. I've heard good things about these guys and seen their tons of great reviews and after my experience with them I am actually SWITCHING from my regular mechanic company who I feel has dropped the ball the past coupla times I've been there.
