The service here is very thorough. The people who work here are very considerate, polite and very knowledgeable. I came in for an oil change, but also needed help with problematic headlights, and they were able to diagnose and fix without needing any replacement parts. They also had no charge for finding the solution. I always leave knowing that my Prius is in the best condition that it can be.

Medlock Gulf is very impressive. Everyone is friendly and they keep you updated as the work on your car is being done. Great workmanship. They really try to meet your needs with no pressure. It is so nice to know they are there when you need them.

After an unfortunate incident on Saturday with a provider that I have used for 15 years, I took my car to Medlock Gulf. They are friendly, helpful and made me feel like they had my back. The estimate from the other provider was $1250, Medlock Gulf did my repair for $587 and never even mentioned needing a rack and pinion steering replacement that the other provider said I needed. I was also told I needed 4 new tires by the first provider, yet Medlock Gulf said I only needed 2 (and I never even mentioned tires to them). I only wish I had found Medlock Gulf 10 years ago when I moved to my home around the corner from them. They will be my go to for everything in the future, including oil changes.

I am a regular customer of Medlock Gulf because of the quality of the work they do on our cars and the quality of the customer service I receive. This most recent visit was no exception. I have total confidence that when Paul says some work is needed that it truly is needed and that it will be done right and in a timely way. While I may sometimes groan about the size of the bill, I am 100% confident that I am treated honestly and get excellent value for the money I have to spend.
