Good work!

When I moved to the Atlanta area (about a year ago) I went to this medlock because they just so happened to be close to my mothers house. Because of the service that day, I decided this would be my go to shop. Medlock is now who I take not only my car to, but also my mothers and my girl friends car. Couldn't ask for nicer people or more efficient service. Upon my last visit I pulled in and noticed they were very busy. After walking inside I saw the front desk guy calmly handling a lady who would have frustrated me because of her lack of understanding, yet the service representative handled it with ease in explaining with repition on why her car would take a little longer. Understandably since it was right before spring break and everyone wants their car serviced. When asked what i needed I informed brakes and an oil change. They informed it possibly that it could be done before six but might be tomorrow. This was for my girlfriends car so I went and asked her. Being the impatient gall she is, she wanted her oil changed right then so she recommended going somewhere else, which made me sad but I didn't argue. Upon walking back in the service manager (who was previously occupied on the phone when I came in and still really was) politely put his customer on hold and turned to me and said "I didn't recognize that was you, what did you need today?" I explained the situation about my girlfriends car and her feelings on it. He then informed me not to worry and if it would be ok if I left the car and he called me in an hour or so depending on how busy they stayed and then he would talk to me about the car. I agreed and in less then an hour he called! Shared his concerns and expressed what was needed immediately and what was not pressing. I ended up having it all of it worked on. What is the most wild about this all of this is how genuine this shop is. First, they recognized me ( this is essential to how they make me feel as a consumer and retains my loyalty). Second, they over delivered instead of underpromising or taking advantage of me (gave me a time and beat it by hours and also gave me rough estimate on the phone with no surprises or being more but rather a couple dollars lower then the estimate). And lastly, they always do an amazing job in service and are polite in all transactions. As long as I live within 45 min (luckily I live only 8 now!) of this shop I will continue to use this shop for all vehicles I help take care of. Thank you all so much for everything you have done for me and my close ones.

It's always a good feeling to have my car serviced at a place I trust and where the service is prompt, thorough and employees courteous. I'm so happy that a friend told me about Medlock Gulf 3 years ago. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Fixed my car quickly, and, brought me home and picked me back up! They were great. It was my first visit, and I will continue to use them!
