As always, I trust the gents at Medlock Gulf with all my vehicle needs. They always treat me with the utmost respect, professionalism, and look out for me. They answer my questions with apt attention and never treat me like some dumb person asking dumb questions. With this last visit, I noticed Medlock is VERY BUSY with several drop ins, and not once did they break a "sweat" or "frown" at the rapid pace. Each person was treated as I was, with attention and respect. Thank you for being my Neighborhood Car Place!!

Prius high voltage battery pack went bad after 9 month from previous installation. Still within 2-year warranty and the Hybrid Shop replaced an 09 reconditioned battery pack without any charges. Nice to do business with Hybrid Shop!

Thank-you Mr.Fan !! Upon further inspection today found some extreme battery acid on the bus bars, I believe the combination of the hybrid battery cooling fan going out and the battery not getting proper air flow, caused the modules in the pack to leak a bit more acid vapors than normal. It was my pleasure to replace the fan motor assembly and cover your battery under warranty. Thank -you for choosing The Hybrid Shop at Medlock Gulf..... ---Joe

Always saw cars there waiting for repair, and I thought "what the heck, they must be okay..." Found out first hand how wonderful they really are! Needed a few things done on my trusty Versa and when they totaled up the price it was under what was anticipated. Really nice genuine people doing what they love to do!
