After 3 warning lights appeared, I took my car to Medlock's Hybrid Shop. Joe did diagnostics in 30 minutes and explained, both technically and in layman's terms, the problem was that the hybrid battery on my 2005 Prius was failing. Luckily, they had 2 reconditioned batteries in stock. While waiting I was offered bottled water and a ride home since the installation would take several hours. Later Josh returned to take me back to pick up my car at Medlock. I really appreciated the waiting area without a blaring television too! I requested an appointment on their website and was actually called back on a Sunday to confirm it. Highly recommend these guys. Super service!!
