Great service! Above and beyond. When all the other shops were closed, the employee who was still around checked me in as a courtesy even though it was past closing time and even gave me a ride home. The vehicle was diagnosed and repairs completed within a day and a half. I thought pricing was fair and reasonable.

I LIKE taking my truck to Medlock Gulf, can you say that about taking your vehicle to any mechanic? What you are going to find here is honest people who are only going to do what you ask them to. They always seem to have coupons in the Decatur Dispatch. They are a bit busier now than since I first discovered them, but they still always have time for me and know me by name.

Medlock gulf did a great job on maintenance for my Prius. They are very knowledgeable, communicate well, and professional. Their prices are reasonable and most importantly they provide impeccable service.
