This was my first trip to Medlock Gulf, I had been referred by a co-worker. My window had suddenly stopped working, and was stuck halfway up. I needed repair quickly due to rain and general car security. Everyone was extremely friendly and very attentive to getting my repair done quickly. I greatly enjoyed the pleasant customer service, having just had an extremely costly and VERY unprofessional dealing with Pep Boys on Piedmont. I obviously do not look forward to more auto repair, but I DO look forward to working with Medlock Gulf again. Thanks, guys!
