My engine light started coming on this past weekend and I wanted to get it looked at ASAP. Made an appointment online Sunday afternoon with *ANOTHER COMPANY* (Hint: Manny and Moe weren't at work that day) for a 9am Monday appointment for an Engine Diagnostic... but when I got there, I was told me no mechanic would be in until 11am and even then, there was no guarantee that anyone could even look at my vehicle today. Meanwhile, would I like to wait in the waiting room? Ummm... NO, thank you. Back to my car to leave and never come back. Then I remembered that a friend had her car serviced last week at Medlock Gulf and that this company was very good. So I called them. Paul said, "Sure, come on in and we will take a look at it for you." I was there by 9:45am. Diagnosis was done by 10:45am. I was given a courtesy ride home while they fixed my car. A few hours later, I was picked up from home and returned to collect my now safe vehicle and paid the bill, which was exactly what was quoted. Fabulous service and fabulous people. Bottom line: you saved the day for me today. And in the words of The Terminator, Arnold, "I'll be back. " THANK YOU!
