I've taken my car here for years. and they are great people. They helped me check out new cars when I purchased my current car. And are always very nice and extremely helpful. And they never keep my car too long when I have to bring it in and have great prices. all around great service!

Although I never use the Full Service option when filling up my car, I have seen how you handle the people that do come in to use your "full" service option, and I think it speaks volumes to your friendly, local, and capable level of service and expertise. These guys were great. I had an issue with my AC diagnosed at another shop, and took it to Medlock Gulf to have them fix the issue. They ran another test and quickly realized that the issue was not as bad, or expensive as I had been told and got it fixed same day. They also let me know that I was going to have another issue with my compressor down the road, but did not make any attempt to try to upsell me on that. They just told me to bring it back in in a year or so when when the compressor pooped out and they would get it fixed then. They took me to the back of the shop and showed me exactly what they did on my car and pointed out the parts that they were replacing. I highly recommend Medlock Gulf, and honest shop with genuinely nice mechanics.

Top Notch Service with a quick turnaround!

I have had Medlock Gulf fix my car twice in the last year. My air conditioner went out and they replaced it and got me back driving in two days. I think this was very good service considering they had to order some parts. I also had a timing belt replaced and that service was completed in one day. I always get proposals for my services from at least three different mechanics. They have always been competetive pricewise. The manager Paul is very helpful, polite and efficient. I started going there after my sister had services there and highly recommended them. You would have a hard time beating the overall experience at Medlock.A.E.

My tire pressure light is "on" so when you did the tire rotation it seems you didn't calibrate or reset that indicator. I will be back in Tuesday to get this fixed.
