Great service with a small town community feel- great prices, long wait time for an oil change though. But they still finished under my quoted time of two hours

My experience was very professional and smooth. I felt like everyone involved made sure that I always knew exactly what was going on and what "fixing my car" would entail. They genuinely cared about making sure that I was taken care of and they worked so efficiently that I was done well before I expected to be.

Paul was absolutely awesome about talking to me before they even started working on my car. He explained the issue, why the fix was necessary, the downstream effects of not fixing it and offered a few options to save some money. My radiator cracked and they were able to see my car that day and fixed it the same day, while also giving me a ride back to work and picking me up when they were done! These guys are awesome and I'll continue taking my car to them!

Accepted an appt. time in advance, and were prompt and courteous. There's nowhere to sit and wait, but that's fine because the shopping center provides ample time killing opportunities!

Paul always shows me what is wrong (eg, brakes, hoses, etc.), whereas many places just announce that you need x, y, and z and you have no idea if it is actually true.

Great work on finding my electrical problem. Had to be proactive in getting status of repair over 2.5 days but very happy with the work. Would recommend using these guys.

Considering the piece of S_IT I'm driving I appreciate that you wrap it in plastic wrap instead of toilet paper! Doesn't smell that bad that way.Seriously, you guys do a great job, reasonable prices and friendly staff.Thanks.
