The people at Medlock are always friendly, helpful, and informative. Whenever I visit them for car repairs, they voluntarily tell me and even point out to me what specific area/part of the car is having problems and identify what issues are more or less pressing. I also appreciate that they offer rides from the workshop and perform other minor checks on the car at no additional cost.

Professional, prompt, and trustworthy. I did not have the feeling that they were just making things up that were wrong with my car--a feeling I sometimes get at other car repair places.

The staff is always cheerful and explains what needs to be done very clearly. You can tell that there's a low turnover because the guys all seem to genuinely like each other, which usually leads to higher quality work. I've been here many times, and each time the work is done well and quickly.

I'm never surprised or disappointed with the outstanding service I receive at Medlock Gulf.
