My truck broke down on Friday evening. I had it towed to Medlock Gulf at the suggestion of a friend. Paul at Medlock discovered the problem, made the repairs, and had me ready to drive away by noon on Saturday morning. I could not believe I had my truck back to enjoy the rest of the weekend. Medlock Gulf will be my Auto Repair service from now on.

My tire-pocalypse of three flats on two cars in two weeks was a great introduction to the guys at Medlock, who are all SUPER nice. Two tires could be plugged, and one wasn't safely repairable. No up-selling, no pressure. So I took my Volvo XC90 back for an oil change at the same time that the turn signals stopped working. Medlock mechanics checked it out, told me what they thought was going on, and fixed what they could. Unfortunately I had to have the steering column module (computer board) replaced, and Volvo dealers keep that programming to themselves.But I've got two Volvos, and they are both going to Medlock from now on for all their service work. Up front mechanics, you can't beat that. They even gave me a ride home and back to the shop when the repair was going to take more than an hour.

The guys at Medlock are always courteous and neat. So far it's been mostly routine maintenance on my vehicle, but it's always done in a timely manner and I love their appointment system! My husband's work vehicle sometimes needs some more "creative" repairs, and they have always helped us out with that, too!
