I have a long history with Medlock Gulf with the previous owner and the current. Everyone, especially Paul and Dusty are always very professonal and instill confidence in the service provided on my car.

I forgot to use my coupon for 20.00.

The entire group were courteous, accommodating and quick!

I am so grateful to medlock Gulf, they are the only place i will take my car too.I am a 64 yr old single woman.I trust them so implicitly that they only fix things that need fixing.Several times i have thought i needed a major repair, and rather than fixing something that didn't need it , they have diagnosed a more minor Problem for far lest money.they are proactive in suggesting maintenance to prevent problems. When I drop by with no appointment they always accommodate me,They even drive me home and pick me up when the car is ready.They always Call me me to discuss repairs before starting.Paul and all the staff are excellent.Can you tell I like this Place?

Paul and the mechanics are fantastic...honest, fair and so willing to take time to explain what is going on with my car. They even give me a ride back home if I need to leave my car for repairs.

I experienced momentary heart failure when the gentleman told me how much my repair would cost, but he sympathized and explained why it was necessary and the further damage that could occur if not dealt with properly. When we came to pick up the car, he took the time to show us the parts and explain how they should work together and why they weren't. The education made us feel (a little) better about the expense. And we know it probably would have cost even more elsewhere.
