Friendly service and job was completed as promised. On pickup, a little more time spent on explaining what was done and the warranty would have been appreciated.Overall, very good.

I have never had anything but incredibly positive experiences with Medlock Gulf. I have used them quite a bit in the last year-- for new brakes, a new strut, oil changes and routine maintenance. The staff is courteous and helpful, always willing to explain things to me rather than just telling me what needs to be done. As a young woman, I've found an honest mechanic hard to come by, but at Medlock I never feel as if I am being sold something I don't need or taken advantage of. I would--and do-- recommend them without hesitation whenever a friend needs work done on their car! They are great neighbors to the Decatur community!
