Everything was great as usual.

I have never had anything but incredibly positive experiences with Medlock Gulf. I have used them quite a bit in the last year-- for new brakes, a new strut, oil changes and routine maintenance. The staff is courteous and helpful, always willing to explain things to me rather than just telling me what needs to be done. As a young woman, I've found an honest mechanic hard to come by, but at Medlock I never feel as if I am being sold something I don't need or taken advantage of. I would--and do-- recommend them without hesitation whenever a friend needs work done on their car! They are great neighbors to the Decatur community!

I was very impressed by the service at Medlock Gulf. I brought a very old car there with a serious problem. They said that they'd try to fix it in the simplest and least expensive way, while explaining that the fix might not work. But they fixed it at a remarkably low cost. Outstanding service!

These guys were incredibly helpful without being pushy. They were totally willing to work with me on everything that needed to be done and informed me of future work, again without being pushy. I will certainly be back for any other automotive needs!
