I have dealt with with Medllock Gulf twice with my car and three times with a friends car. On all occasion they were very quick to determine the problems, call , give understandable explanations and do the repair. They also took time to show the faulty parts and discuss options to repairs. Charges were always reasonable and never pressure to do additional work.

Medlock Gulf always does what they say they are going to do. They diagnose the problem and call back in a timely fashion.

It was my first visit at Medlock Gulf. They did a great job and were honest to tell me what really the problem with my vehicle was. They didn't try to "add" additional works that were not necessary. The service cost was a bit higher than the other repair shop I used to bring my car to. Overall, I'm very satisfied with them and would certainly consider coming back.

They were fast and very little waiting

The service here was great. I came into the sgo with a check engine light and had no idea what was wrong with my car. After inspecting my car, the mechanic told me that i needed an oil change. He was very honest and didn't tell me that I needed any extra services. I appreciate the honesty and good service. I will be back!
