My only regret is that I have not utilized the services at Medlock Gulf earlier. Highly recommend to others.

I always have a good experience at Medlock. This time I was taking my car on a trip right before I was going to trade it in. I wanted to make sure my family was safe, but also didn't want to invest too much money. I was given all my alternatives so I could decide what needed to be done. I was also given an honest opinion on what could wait and what needed to be done ASAP. They could have told me I had to do it all, but they didn't. They truly feel like my neighborhood mechanic.

I have been taking my cars up to Medlock for as long as I can remember and I have never been disappointed. This was just a minor stop b/c all I needed was a battery, but they were so helpful in making sure I knew what I was doing. Great group and great service.

The staff at Medlock have always been very helpful to me, both the office and mechanics. They are willing to take time to explain the repairs needed and why. They offer discounts whenever possible. They are consistent and send out emails when oil changes etc are due which is great to keep my car on track for maintenance. I will definitely continue to take my 1999 Acura to them.

This is a great place to have your car repaired. It was refered to me by a friend and they took great care of everything. Very nice staff..Will continue to go

My roomate had used Medlock Gulf to help him pass the emissions test. He told me the people there are down to earth, honest, hard working and very helpful. I brought my car into Medlock Gulf yesterday needing an oil change. They had a great deal of 32.00 for an oil change and a tire rotation that I took advantage of. Despite that they looked quite busy, they got my car in and out in less than an hour with no problems. The staff was very courteous and nice. I had a great experience and I will be bringing my car to them for a long time to come.

I appreciate the counsel and advice I get on the upkeep of my car. I just want it to be free of trouble and go when I need it to!! I trust the service people and know when they tell me I need to replace something that it does need to be done! Thank you for taking care of my car.
