I have been a customer of Medlock Gulf for many years, and I have always received excellent service and advice from the experienced mechanics. They treat you and your care with care, and it is always a pleasant experience keeping my car in the best shape. When I drive away, I always notice how much better my car drives and sounds.

This place was recommended to me by my friend's husband. I have lived in Atlanta for more than 20 years and I've had a range of experiences, from the good, bad, and the ugly, with car mechanics. Medlocks' manages to be highly professional but also very friendly - your hometown garage. The best part is that they are very efficient and fast. I brought my car into two stations, partly because it was shaking so much. It turned out that I needed a coil pack. Other garages couldn't be bothered right before Memorial Day, but Medlocks promised they could do it, and came thru!

I recently had a 30,000 mile service done on my 2010 Prius. They did the work well in a timely way and at a fair price. They also offer transportation since they needed it for longer than I was able to wait there. In addition the folks are very friendly and take good care of their customers.

Easy to make an appointment. They were ready for me when I arrived and finished within the estimated time frame. Had time to check on bargains at the nearby thrift store while they serviced the car!
