I am quickly becoming a Medlock Gulf service regular. After my Saturn's transmission bit the dust, and the mechanics were great to tell me it was not worth the cost to repair, I bought a used subaru. I brought it in for our first oil change. Granted, it took three attempts to get service as I choose the busy holiday season, but I choose to wait for a day that Medlock could service my car instead of going elsewhere. The got me in and out at a great cost, without trying to sell me extras. So love that. Thanks Medlock Gulf, I will be back

They got me in right away in a pinch on Saturday. Everything was great.

Not only were they super-nice (they joked with me when I was really late for my appointment), but they were accommodating and FAST. They didn't give me anything I didn't need ("Your car is in good shape, really and truly," they said), and had my car ready the next day. Couldn't be happier!
