In an era when it sometimes seems customer service is dead, the folks at Medlock Gulf are there to show you otherwise. They are all extremely friendly and are there to help get your car serviced and still function through your day. They drove me back to my house (which is only about 1/2 mile away) and picked me back up when my truck was ready. Their prices seem reasonable and the quality of their work appears to be good. I will definitely be returning for all of my work trucks and my personal vehicles.

Everyone was courteous, the service was on time, the price did not scare me to death, no one hounded me about additional services and the gentleman in charge kindly offered a ride both to work and back to get my car.
