Just had our third service done at Medlock Gulf and can honestly say they are the best in the biz. I come from a family of mechanics (sadly none of them live here!) and have trouble trusting others with my vehicles. Well, no more. From the day I got a nail in my tire which they fixed in 10 minutes as a walk-in without me having to even take the kids out of the carseats; to the last two oil change/tire rotations I had done where my appointment was honored and I was out in less than 30 minutes, these guys are fantastic. Also love the new (super clean!) waiting room with coffee, TV and complimentary wireless - these guys know customer service and car service and I am glad I found them! Thanks guys!
