Very knowledgeable and kind people. They give good advice and I take it! I've had my 2014 Volvo a little more than a year, so I depend on them to help me deal responsibly with its "mystery" years. Yes, I got the Carfax, but that doesn't say it all. AND, if it's going to take a long time, they give me a lift home.
