As usual, the service was excellent. I had taken a walk while the car was repaired, and was picked up and returned to Medlock when the car was ready.

We've lived nearby for 34 years and have used Medlock Gulf for service for our all of our various cars. They've been quick and efficient and when a cheaper alternative would work, they've not hesitated to tell us, especially when an issue would be covered by mfg warranty at a dealership. I trust their honesty and judgment implicitly and do not hesitate to recommend them.

Finally have a place I can take my ‘94 pickup and know that it’s being looked after with care. Recommended by a friend who’s been using them for years, these guys are honest fair and reasonable. The kind of local business we all need to have on speed dial.

Medlock always provides excellent and professional service, and that holds for our visit today. We went in today for a check engine light and Medlock "squeezed in" our appointment on a very busy day. Turns out that we need a software update for emission system that is covered under US law by warranty during first 80,000 miles. Thank you Medlock for another job done extremely well!

These folks are very courteous and easy to deal with. I had an appointment for a 60,000 mile Jeep service. They went over the jeep and determine what parts of the service were necessary. They promptly completed the service for a very fair price (much less than the dealership estimate).
