Everyone at Medlock Gulf communicated an interest in making sure I received the most comprehensive information about my Prius. I shared with them what I knew was up and they gave me some possible (and less expensive) situations, not just being comfy verifying the most expensive issues and suggesting I drop the $ unnecessarily.
