Very friendly and helpful...

The guys are always do polite and ready to say yes to anything you ask! I got a ride around the corner so I could get a mani pedi this time, I also noticed they do emissions, so i saved another trip elsewhere for that. The cherry on the top was when Paul suggested I could but the part I needed for my automatic window could be ordered elsewhere much cheaper! These guys are great!

They did a fantastic maintenance of my Ford Mustang for the past 8 years and the customer service manager provided an honest evaluations.

Paul and his crew took very good care of my 91 Caddy Brougham! The A/C malfunctioned, causing the compressor and control to be replaced. The control unit itself is very hard to find in perfect working condition since the car is very old. (Stills look good and gets attention) After 3 failed units, I found one that worked. Paul was very patient during the whole dilemma. I have my Caddy back and it’s as good as new. Thanks Medlock Gulf! Great service as usual. These folks maintain high standards and it shows in all tasks they perform.

I made an appointment for an oil change which was done and finished within the hour. Let me know a couple of things that needed attention, but not immediately. Face covering used. Could use a few more outside seats for those waiting.

Paul & his whole crew are just simply the best. Finding a mechanic that you trust these days is majorly important. When I hear friends, family & coworkers complaining about car repair services, I always have a stock 5 word comment: "See Paul at Medlock Gulf". 'Nuff said!
